How do I get there?
The Alpine Slide is located next to the Rafferty Lift, up the hill from Snow King Hotel, on the Hayden’s Post side. To access by car, drive to the end of Snow King Avenue and look for the sign just before the entrance to the hotel parking lot that says Alpine Slide.
When is the last time to load?
We sell tickets until 6:45 p.m. and load right up to closing time.
How fast does it go?
The maximum speed for the Alpine Slide is 25 miles per hour.
How long it takes to get down?
It depends on how fast you go, but it normally takes between 2 and 3 minutes.
Are there weather restrictions?
The Alpine Slide cannot operate in inclement weather. If it’s raining, the slide may be closed down. A good rule of thumb is if the roads are dry, we’re open.
