Job Description
The Accountant will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting functions for Snow King Mountain including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payroll, cash handling, financial reporting, and financial analysis. This is a full-time, year-round role with benefits reporting directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
- Full cycle accounting ownership
- Recording all day-to-day financial transactions
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Daily / weekly financial reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Cash handling
- Purchasing and inventory management
- Ad hoc financial analysis
Qualifications:
- CPA or degree in accounting preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic small company environment
- Advanced user of Excel
- Bookkeeping data entry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative, work proactively, and build strong, productive professional relationships
