Job Description

Snow King Mountain Resort is searching for an energetic and positive employee to assist with keeping our F&B locations on the mountain stocked, operating, maintaining, and cleaning equipment and tools.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Greeting the delivery truck and assisting with unloading and storing food in the appropriate location adhering to proper handling procedures.
  • Consistently meet required sanitation standards.
  • Organizing storage spaces.
  • Maintain and rotate stock.
  • Distributing product to all F&B locations on the Mountain to include: King’s Grill, Pano House, and Cafe.
  • Clean equipment and tools.
  • Transport garbage containers from the kitchen and work areas to the dumpster.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the area by sweeping, mopping and scrubbing kitchen floors, cleaning floor drains, coolers and freezers and washing and replacing all trash cans.
  • Sort pots, pans, dishes, glassware, flatware and utensils and restock into designated locations.
