Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our part-time Event Setup & Takedown Crew. This role is responsible for preparing event spaces by setting up and arranging furniture, equipment, and décor, as well as assisting with breakdown and cleanup after events.
Responsibilities:
- Set up event spaces according to floorplans (tables, chairs, staging, décor, etc.)
- Safely move, lift, and arrange furniture and equipment
- Assist with event breakdown, including moving furniture back to storage
- Maintain a clean and organized event space before and after events
- Follow instructions from event manager and supervisors
- Ensure all equipment and furniture are handled with care
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move 40–75 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time, scheduled shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings
- Hours vary depending on event needs
