Job Description

The Senior Accountant / Controller will oversee all day-to-day accounting functions for Snow King Mountain, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payroll, cash handling, financial reporting, and financial analysis. This is a full-time, year-round role with benefits reporting directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
● Full cycle accounting ownership
● Recording day-to-day financial transactions
● Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
● Daily / weekly financial reporting
● Bank reconciliations
● Balance sheet reconciliations
● Cash handling
● Payroll & benefits management
● Purchasing and inventory management
● Ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications:
● CPA or degree in accounting preferred but not required
● Experience with Great Plains or Dynamics 365 preferred but not required
● Advanced user of Excel
● Strong attention to detail
● Ability to problem solve
● Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic small company environment
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative, work proactively,
and build strong, productive professional relationships
