Job Description

The Ticketing Supervisor will oversee key aspects of ticketing and sales operations, including, but not limited to: sales, office procedures, customer service, staff scheduling, employee training on point of sale systems, fulfillment of transactions, assistance in product development, assistance to the ticketing supervisors/agents, overseeing the Central Reservations program and coordination with group reservations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of ticketing offices and customer sales to include daily interface with customers, sales staff, and phone/email/online sails
  • Customer service duties include answering phones, returning phone messages, telephone systems management, general email correspondence, and Flybook inquiry correspondence
  • Supervise the scheduling of ticketing staff
    Supervise the employee training on sales and point of sale systems standard operating procedures as directed by the ticketing manager
  • Supervise fulfillment transactions to include accurate and timely accounting of billing within the point of sale systems to be invoiced by the HR and Accounting department
  • Assist in product development based on the market; identify trends and improve opportunities to create new products that increase revenue
  • Work with ticketing supervisors/agents to oversee all aspects of ski school sales office offices and customer sales
  • Assist ticketing Manager in handling guest complaints and facilitate conflict resolution
  • Supervise the Central Reservations program and reconciliation of reservations as services are provided

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Sales management experience
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Ability to competently ski or snowboard green, blue & black terrain at Snow King Mountain preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Must be available to work holidays and weekends
  • Must be fluent in all aspects of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in the Spanish language is highly valued but not required
  • Must have excellent guest service and communication skills
    Must work well in a team
  • Must have sight, speech, and hearing abilities sufficient to learn skills, follow and provide directions
  • Firm knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and browser applications
