Build Fitness * Improve balance * Balance muscle development * Prevent Injury
Get ready for your season of skiing or riding with an exercise routine designed to help you perform at your best. Even if you can only come to a few classes, you’ll still be that much better prepared. Each class will consist of a warm up, core strengthening, plyometrics and flexibility, and will utilize modern, body-friendly training techniques, including some of those used by the US Ski and Snowboard Teams.
