When is the Season Pass valid?
The regular season is scheduled for December 3rd, 2016-March 26th, 2017. Early season access is not included. Regular season dates subject to change based on weather or operational concerns.
What if I’ve never skied before?
It’s not too late to learn to ski! Our instructors have seen it all, and can help you learn to turn on our beginner-friendly rope tow area. You’ll learn to make wedge turns, and get comfortable on skis.
Do I need my own equipment?
The friendly folks at Snow King Mountain Sports, right in the Snow King Hotel just steps from the Rafferty Lift, can get you suited and booted with ski or snowboard equipment. Call them at 307-201-5096.
What should I wear?
The best option to stay comfortable on your Jackson Hole skiing trip is by wearing layers of clothing. Begin with a lightweight thermal base layer on both top and bottom, and then add to it from there including fleece pants and top if it’s chilly. If you prefer natural fibers choose wool over cotton. A waterproof or water-resistant top layer (pants and jacket) is recommended, along with warm gloves or mittens, and a balaclava or other face covering for very cold days. Always wear a helmet and goggles or sunglasses. Sunscreen is also a good idea as the sun bounces off the snow and can be quite powerful.
Is there a downloadable trail map?
